Service Engineer
Full-time • Location: Thailand
The Service Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and security of VTM/ATM/CDM/Passbook Machine/Self-service Machine systems. The responsibilities include performing both corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. The Service Engineer provides on-site and remote technical support, handles urgent fault resolution, conducts software updates, and performs hardware replacements. As the frontline support for customers, the Service Engineer delivers clear guidance, technical procedures, and timely responses to inquiries, service requests, and system issues related to VTM/ATM/CDM/Passbook Machine/Self-service Machine operations.
Requirements:
- Educations in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar roles.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal in English and Thai.
- Regular travel is frequent for service engineers as most of them offer in-house or off-site maintenance procedures by own transportation.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal car for traveling to machine locations.
Business Development Manager (Myanmar based)
Full-time • Location: Myanmar • Experience: 5+ years
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (in IT Business is preferable) to be based in Myanmar, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth and market expansion. Fluency in English, and Myanmar languages and Thai language communication skill is plus are necessary requirement for effective communication among our Thai and Myanmar colleagues, and our valued Customers.
Requirements:
- Myanmar citizenship or legal right to work in Myanmar.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experienced in fields of Business Development and IT Product Development for at least 5 years. (Banking & Retails are preferable).
- Experience in selling AI software solutions is a plus.
- Outstanding analytical skills, positioning, business justification, and closing skills.
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in Myanmar.
- Fluent in Myanmar, English, and Thai, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of the Myanmar market and business culture.
- Proficient in MacOS, Numbers, Keynotes, Pages, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat Adobe Reader.
- Based in Yangon but willing to work around any provinces in Myanmar as required.
- Traveling overseas (Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam) is essential for this position.

System Analyst, onsite, Yangon-based (Intermediate to Senior level)

System Analyst (SA) is responsible for implement, maintain, and support IT and information systems to meet the business needs of organizations and scale as organizations grow. The System Analyst (SA) analyze and create tests and develop specifications and requirements for developers and programmers to follow.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or related fields.
- Having working experience with information technologies and systems analysis.
- Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills.

Full Stack Developer (Intermediate to Senior Level, with Team Lead potential)
